Yulong Automobile has invested in the construction of Yulong New Energy Vehicle Industry Incubation Service Centers in thirteen districts and counties in Shenyang City. The main functions of the center are to serve new energy vehicle related enterprises in various regions, to promote and sell new energy vehicles, and to store photovoltaics in the region. The management of the integrated charging and swapping station, as well as the regional center office of Yulong's new energy vehicle big data operation and management platform, provides the government and enterprises with the supervision and management of new energy operating vehicles.

Yulong New Energy Vehicle Industry Incubation Service Center takes the Yulong New Energy Vehicle Big Data Operation Management Platform as the core, takes the photovoltaic energy storage charging and replacing integrated station as the extension, and is based on government-enterprise cooperation to accelerate the promotion of new energy vehicles in alpine regions application for the purpose.

The project plans to build 13 service centers in 13 districts, counties and cities of Shenyang, covering the whole area of Shenyang, connecting about 300 integrated photovoltaic energy storage charging and replacing stations in the 13 districts, counties and cities into one, realizing station-station linkage , regional linkage, realize the overall maintenance of the integrated station, and divert the flow of electric vehicles in the whole area.
